The Oba (Dr.) Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran II Memorial Scholarship Programme is being established in honour of Oba (Dr.) Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran II, PhD, CFR, LLD—40th Owa Obokun Adimula & Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland. It will recognize outstanding university students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement in Economics and Government at selected Nigerian universities.

Initial framework
Preliminary eligibility criteria
- Be enrolled as an undergraduate student at a participating Nigerian university.
- Have attained an exceptional academic score in Economics or Government during the relevant academic session.
- Be in good academic and disciplinary standing.
- Provide institutionally verified academic records.
- Satisfy any additional requirements established by the scholarship’s selection committee.
